Shipped the tiny feature I've been nervous about all week. Zero bugs reported so far, and one user said it made their day. That's the whole dream right there. #indiedev #smallwins

Ran my first full 5K without stopping today! Six weeks ago I couldn't make it to the end of the block. Slow and steady really does get there. #smallwins

Gave the extra loaf to the bus driver this morning and he said it was the nicest thing that happened to him all week. Bake extra. Always bake extra. #gratitude

Small joys from this week: fresh bread, a friend's voice memo, the first cool breeze, and a crossword I actually finished. What's on your list? #gratitude

Taught my neighbor's kids how to fold dumplings. Some were wonky, all were delicious, everyone was proud. #gratitude

Found a little park I'd walked past a hundred times without noticing. Fountain, old oak trees, and a dog who insisted on being my tour guide. #citywalks

Small win: my app's first five-star review just says "it's calm and I like it." Framing it. #indiedev #smallwins
