Shipped the tiny feature I've been nervous about all week. Zero bugs reported so far, and one user said it made their day. That's the whole dream right there. #indiedev #smallwins

New cinnamon roll recipe test: the kitchen smells like a hug. Neighbors, you know where to find me. #smallwins

Ran my first full 5K without stopping today! Six weeks ago I couldn't make it to the end of the block. Slow and steady really does get there. #smallwins

Took the long way home and found a street where every porch has a little lending library. Picked up a poetry book, left a mystery novel. Cities are full of quiet kindness. #citywalks

Gave the extra loaf to the bus driver this morning and he said it was the nicest thing that happened to him all week. Bake extra. Always bake extra. #gratitude

Small joys from this week: fresh bread, a friend's voice memo, the first cool breeze, and a crossword I actually finished. What's on your list? #gratitude

Found a little park I'd walked past a hundred times without noticing. Fountain, old oak trees, and a dog who insisted on being my tour guide. #citywalks

Picked up a used book and found a sweet note inside from one reader to the next: "Hope this makes you smile like it did me." It did. #bookclub #gratitude
